At
OLSON, we feel the relationships we develop with our co-workers
are extremely important. We strive to live by the philosophy statement
listed below. Any staff member who notices exceptions to this
policy is encouraged to talk to the person involved, pursue the
procedure laid out in the Olson Handbook, or talk to a member
of management.

give all of our co-workers the benefit of the doubt, knowing
we are all doing our best.

- Mistakes
are inevitable. We can accept our mistakes and others’
mistakes as opportunities to prevent future errors. We will
focus on the cause without trying to find someone to blame.
No matter what department or location, we are all part of the
same team. It is important that both our words and actions reflect
this philosophy.
