| Being
a third generation family owned business, Olson feels benefits are
very important to both employees and to the company. We strive to
provide a fair and competitive benefit package. To help us meet
this goal Olson had worked with a variety of benefit consultants
in the Kansas City area. This has allowed us to provide a quality
benefit package that we feel is of value to our employees and their
families. Employees are offered a choice of two health plans, a
dental plan, a company provided long term disability plan, and company
provided term life insurance. Other optional plans offered to employees
include tuition reimbursement, short term disability insurance,
vision, insurance, a flexible benefit plan, a health savings account,
and a 401K retirement program.
